Not a happy customer 😐

Vumatel advised via text the service would be down 28 and 29 August for maintenance. Since then we have NO CONNECTION. Logged a call with ISP 30 Aug. Got 2 reference numbers. Called every day. Waiting for Vumatel to respond. Got a message today to say, it might be our router must replaced. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my router or line BEFORE the maintenance. Angry. Irritated. I work from home!
