Nonsense service from SADV and Vumatel

I have been struggling with my network. I pay for 100Mbps and for the past month or two i hsve been getting 1.56Mbps. I contacted my service provider SADV and they are not doing anything.

I have sent numerous messages on their WhatsApp platform and nothing is being done.
