None existent VUMATEL customer service

This FTTH provider has gone from OK to the worst. They closed their customer care centre, stopped customers from contacting them and never tell people what they are doing to correct their ever increasing failures. I will be surprised if they are still in business next year.

Unless they explain what they are doing to stop these multiple outages I will be changing to a 5G connection. VUMATEL wake up and listen to your customers!
