Nonchalant about customers. They dont care to resolve connection issues, they wont even show up

Wow, where to begin. I suppose I will focus on the current issue which is there is almost always no internet connection and I mean everyday.

Upon the beginning with our relationship it took Vumatel over a month just to install the fibre, no matter how often you call or email they have a general nonchalantness where paying clients are concerned. We use Mweb who are always great at service however Vumatel never comes to the table, we are yet again waiting for a mere call in order for a technician to solve the issue of no connection . No one calls no one responds and you are always dilly dal**** or told to expect a call or help.

Its very dissappointing to say the very least
