Non existing customer support and no communication

Absolutely garbage, sub human customer service. Had my fibre installed 5 days ago and there was a problem with a component missing in the outside underground cabling boxes. The technicians logged a report and im still waiting for them to come out and fix it. Its been 5 days and they havent even contacted me. Tragic work ethic. I cant use something i paid for and i have to wait longer without any communication from them.
