Non existent service

After 2 weeks of Vumatel "trying" to load an order, it has now been another week for awaiting "installation scheduling". I have been told that an installation team will be in contact within 1-2 days. This was last week Wednesday.

After a daily call I had to make to Vumatel and "escalation". No mails or calls from Vumatel. Quite sad that they are the only possible service in my area. If I had the option I would not use them at all.
