Non connection after payment

I paid for connection on the 27th of July but up to today, 10 September I still have not been connected. I have tried reverting to the agent I started with, nothing. I have phoned the company I have been on hold of abt 10 minutes numerous times with no luck. I have even lodged a complaint on the complaints platform but my complaint must have been shelved because I lodged the complaint on 31 August but still remain unconnected. Where can I get help?
