Nobody knows what’s going on
Long story short - had working fibre for YEARS with Fibrehoods. Decided to change ISP 6 weeks ago. VUMATEL STILL HAVEN'T CHANGED THE ONT IP ADDRESS DESPITE 3 SEPARATE SUPPORT TICKETS! It’s been two weeks - it takes a few clicks from someone who knows what they are doing. Refs: ISP-91662, ISP-91913 and ISP-93272.
