No words the service is beyond terrible

Terrible service ,my calls are logged all I hear is escalate to Vumatel. Conveniently Vumatel never gets back to me connection problems since November. We paying for their services but its seems like we getting the " No service delivery for free" because nobody ever gets back. Matter can be escalated a 100 times , imagine the same problem since November we heading towards end Jan , same problem, no connection, Vumatel and Vox Terrible combination, im beyond Frustrated now
