NO WIFI

I have not had access to internet for 3 full days now. This is frustrating because it happens every SINGLE month now. I work from home and have lost significant business and have had to spend so much money on buying data to Hotspot my workstation. This is horrible service and I want a solution today! My wifi is still off by the way.
