No vuma in Vumatel.

We've had more issues with Vumatel than before we had fibre. On Monday night 30th July our internet stopped. On Tuesday morning it was reported. By Friday 3rd July nothing had been done by Vumatel. Eventually and with no warning a technician arrived at 9.15 pm on Friday night. Luckily we were at home. The technician left for a while and on his return told us that there was a problem in a manhole and he would have to come back on Saturday. He promised to be here at 3.30 pm. I made sure that I was home but as I thought he did not pitch up. Another of many calls made to be told that another technician will come but a time could not be given. FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM VUMATEL WHO HAVE NOT STUCK TO ONE OF THEIR PROMISES. Perhaps something will happen now, that's if they bother to read my sorry review.
