No Vuma from Vumatel!
Four days without an internet connection and Vumatel still have not contacted me or been anywhere near my home! Cool Idea, my ISP has done nothing but talk! Both way below an acceptable standard!

They eventually, after 3 days of waiting, arrived just to tell me that my fibre cable is severed and the piece is too short to splice an additional length of cable onto! The best part is that this was caused by the Vumatel staff who *******ly “cross patched” into my line causing me to have a line that was down, severed the cable and they now tell me I must pay R1200 to have a new cable installed! What part of this story makes sense? I am still without the internet and this saga will continue only on Monday leaving me with no internet connection over the weekend!!!!
