No Vuma

I have made the poor decision of moving to Vumatel to provide me with my home WIFI. I paid on the 25th and it's been 7 days waiting for installation, when I called the call centre, ended up arguing with the operator, who kept informing me that they've installed at my house, on their facebook page, no update on progress, their ISP has now resorted to provide me with a new OVR number. I still do not know when installation is going to take place. I'm regretting changing my service provider already.
