No technical backup
1 star is to many for this business. Afrihost is the internet service provider and they can't get Vumatel to fix my fibre line after 5 days. You cannot contact Vuma directly and they clearly don't understand customer service. I will be changing my data supply away from Vuma as soon as possible.
