NO SUPPORT SERVICE

I've been trying to call, SADV and Vuma since 6am but no help has been provided. Our wifi router has been flashing a red light on LOS but Noone knows how to repair it. The other day I contacted Vumatel on Twitter enquiring about the rage it covers but still no help. Instead they say they there's a cancelation request on our services. Who canceled the services when we paid last week? Honestly Vuma is giving us Grey hair
