No support

Is anyone else experiencing continuous problems with vumatel?? My internet pricing just went up but my internet is so up to sh@t it keeps going on and off. The worst part of it all is you cannot even contact vumatel as they discontinued their contact line as of the 1st of April. You cannot contact them at all.
