No speed and service from Vumatel

My original fibre order indicated afrihost as my ISP. However, due to a lack of service, I've decided to go with Rocketnet. After months of mails, on which Vumatel people were copied, no installation was arranged as yet. The feedback from Rocketnet was that the order still shows Afrihost, therefor the order can't be fulfilled by Vuma. When I phoned Vuma now, apart from the agent (Sibusiso) being RUDE, he kept saying Vuma is only the line provider. So this query is still not sorted. Please change my order to ROCKETNET from Afrihost.
