No servise after payment

Can someone please help me activate my service ,I made payment on Friday but still no servise, what's sad is that no one calls me for any feed back it really hurts to be treated like this I have been calling all isp's but no assistant.I was with Mweb and Vodacom advised me to cancell with MWeb but now activated my line with Vodacom but servise is not yet active Vuma doesn't activate my line .Vodacom says I should call Vuma everything is being escalated to to Vuma but no one is calling to activate my line .All agents at Vodacom have different stories ,no feed back nothing from Friday evening.nothing.Im not happy wow it's so sad to see how customers are treated after payment .No first call resolution I have called more than 15 times.
