No service. Still paying.
Third world suppliers and third world service from Vumatel. Pay for services and get no service. Have to give one month's notice to change to better service provider but Vumatel cannot fix faults.

17 Sept 2020, 10:47Vumatel has just closed my fault on my fiber without fixing the fault. What a great example of a service provider that does not care about their clients. Still no service and still have to pay for the service.

18 Sept 2020, 06:29Another day has gone by and still no action. Still paying for a service and getting no service. I see that Vumatel closes calls without fixing them. I assume that they do that so that they can stay within their SLA if fixed or not.

18 Sept 2020, 12:09The delay tactic requesting your own reference numbers has backfired. Once you have the reference numbers there is no feedback or response from Vumatel. Maybe Vumatel has just closed another reference as fixed when it is not.

21 Sept 2020, 05:41After 7 days of no fiber the line is active. The line however has faults. So internet access is unstable. Cannot upload. Speed test cannot complete due to line errors. I ssime another week before this is fixed...

21 Sept 2020, 10:46Thanks Vumatel for costing me even more money, Just bought a Rain 4G device. Unpluged Vumatel router (Unplugged instability) and plugged in Rain device and I have a stable internet connection without Vumatel.
