No service provider
I have been trying since 15 November to get a fibre line connected. It was an existing set-up. Apparently Vumatel will phone me, according to Cool Ideas. This has not happened yet. There is apparently no way for me to contact Vumatel to sort this out and 'Activation can happen anytime after application' what even that means nobody knows

06 Dec 2022, 09:55Thank you - I was contacted via Facebook and asked for the ONT Serial number - which is impossible for me to get as I do not have network connection and nothing is written on the Raycore box

07 Dec 2022, 14:35It is very frustrating as no one can contact you directly, and you do mot give any time frames. If I say to my clients that it will happen when it happens I will not have a job or any clients
