No service provided

I app**** for uncapped wi fi and paid the required deposit. Installation was confirmed for Feb 2021. I took leave but no one arrived for the installation. Two payments was done on my account. I had right several mails for refunds.I reside in Bloemfontein, Freestate. Until today i had received any respond nor refunds.
