No service Pathetic!
I can not complain about the service because there is none. We've been without wifi for 2 days now. I phone, hold on for over 30 min and then the phone gets dropped. I phone again, someone answers and says our line is down someone will phone me just now. Still waiting. After numerous emails, still no one gets back to me. Pathetic!!! And no after hour service!!!

Why does Vuma answer on Hellopeter but not get back to me during their "office hours"? That is not an answer, they know the line is down. It's rediculous, think it is time for a change.
