No service or feedback for 16 hours

Vumatel has been down in Honeydew Ridge for 16 hours. Cell C knows nothing about the issue. Surely if there is an issue you would let your vendors that are dependent on your infrastructure know there is a problem. Then there are your customers. These people should be kept in the loop.
