No service , No surport

My fibre service has been down for the past week. as a vumatel customer i need to call my isp , which i did and a ticket was logged. its been 4 days and my service has not been restored. given that both myself and my wife work from home, and we rely on the fibre to perform our jobs, you can imagine how sad i am with the very pathetic or lack of urgency to resolve my issue. my ref is ISP-587849... Also calling the ISP when your line is broken is the most useless action ever, they cant even find my reference with Vumatel.
