NO SERVICE - NO ASSISTANCE - NO HELP

This is by far the worst form of service I have ever received. I logged a ticket regarding no internet connection Sunday, only to find they dont operate. So I waited till Monday. Monday I had to work in office due to no wifi , I called Tech support who said they will reboot system on their side. Still was not working. I followed up with a consultant via whatsapp chat and she was of no assistance. Infact shshe asked me one question and concluded she cant assist because i was not home. Her name is Okuhle. Despite me explaining to her that I have full sit of the router she said, she cant assist. this is my 7 report of vuma service since i started with them which is only exactly 1 week today. I am exhuasted and wish I could terminate their service. Please dont use their service because their isnt any
