No service from Vumatel - Will not recommend
We have had two incidents within the past week whereby our Internet is off due to a line fault/authentication errors as per Web Africa. Latest fault was logged via Web Africa on Sunday and since date no one from Vumatel contacted me to rectify the situation. Web Africa have requested a technician to come out to our premises to test the line etc. there is an authentication error and no one can resolve this matter.

Web Africa advised at 18:00 today, 26 November that you VUMATEL closed the ticket 263699 which was logged on Sunday morning yesterday without resolving the issue. How pathetic is this? Im paying for a service which is non existent.
Now Web africa opened another ticket 264401.
There is connection error 651. Issue is with Vumatel can a competent technician come out to my premises and ensure that there is nothing nothing wrong with the fibre line and fix the issue
