No Service from VUMATEL
I have had no wifi since last Tuesday. Cool Ideas say it's a Vumatel issue and they are waiting for you. I have been told daily that they have escalated the problem to Vumatel and that you will call me. I have heard nothing and I cannot contact Vumatel directly - only through Cool Ideas. The service is DREADFUL and Istill have no connectivity
