No service from vumatel

To whom it may concern,

I have an account with webafrica for fibre internet connection, it is a pay as you go account, it suits the area i live in and the way our budgets work. Due to financial constraints I didn't pay upfront for June, when I tried paying at the end of june, thru a few days speaking to webafrica i found vumatel cancelled my line and hence i could not pay to reactivate my account. 2 weeks later i am struggling to get my address activated on vumatel side even though webafrica has put in many requests. vumatel is a service provider that is not providing any service to clients like myself waiting for payment links so i can pay the account for my service to be activated.

What is also misleading is that webafrica promoted this product as pay as you go ad so when you pay you get internet service but somehow vumatel cancelled which goes against what webafrica promoted. My sister in law who stays in the granny flat in the yard activated a service for herself too and that didn't affect me in may when i had my service active so that cannot be the problem.

The address linked to the account is 332 hans coverdale east road eersterust pretoria 0022 and phone number ***. i have had to cancel my old account and do a new order to speed up the process and yet vumatel still has my address blocked. I need help please. Can you assist to help speed up what should be a simple button to press so webafrica can proceed from there side and my service can be paid up and activated.

Firstly by who was it cancelled? My isp created a new order and have shown me that its taken you a week and yet you havent cleared my address. I mean how long does this then take cause it cant be that hard especially that i am a client, with all infrastructure there already. How does my isp keep to there promotion of pay as you go if you cancel people's accounts? All i need is vumatel to clear my address then my isp can go ahead. There have been requests for this last week, on Monday and yesterday and yet nothing from yours side. This is unacceptable dont you think? Please dont push the blame onto others. Webafrica have sent my pictures of them putting in the requests and you not clearing my address

Hi, when you read my reply please email me at *** lets just get to a quick resolution so that i can get my service back asap i have waited long enough. I dont want to argue, just clear my address please

So its a pay as you go so how does it get terminated? This is not a contract. The promotion was from vuma reach, when you pay you get internet, when you dont you get put off until you pay again. So how do you promote something that you dont stick with. Explain to me. Tell the people here that i was not a contract with webafrica due to vumatel promotion in the community and there was never a end date. Get my address cleared. Otherwise i will report you to icasa for improperly promoting this product. Because thats what your company did with webafrica

I did place a new order but yet there is a block from your side on my address so i cant pay cause my isp cant send me a payment link so i can pay due to your block

*Zubair*: Okay I see that there is actually an issue with this address that was escalated last week to Vumatel. Their system is not generating a payment link for your address. Vuma is working on that at the moment and we are waiting for an update from them. As soon as this issue is sorted out,we will have that payment link sent to you via email

*Kevin*: Good afternoon Calmon, according to Vumatel there is already an order for your address and that is the reason that Vumatel is not accepting our order.

So this is from webafrica and everyone says i have an order and vumatel is the one that is not coming to the party. Just need to do your work on vumatel side then my isp can service me
