No service from Vumatel
I have app**** for a Vumatel fiber line, was given order number ***, Then I was told to pay R399, but adverti*****t said R19 for first 30 days
Then I went to a whatsapp chat with one of their Agents, they advised I have a duplicate order, no one is sayimg what this meant and how to resolve it
Can I please be assisted
