No service from Vumatel

3 Days without fibre no response no reply. We run a home buisness from our adress and am having to resort to buying data from vodacom. Paying for a service that doesnt supply what they advertise is really disappointing. There service is non existence, and telling people when they phone that you dont know how long it will take is very unprofessional. Please can someone from Vumatel contact me and tell me what is going on and how long will it take. Please !!
