No service from Vuma
I signed up with Vuma on 22 October 2022, after a disappointment from Afrihost. They decided to use the Afrihost router that I had. Since then I am still not connected, I am getting auto replies and service tickets which are not getting resolved. I have been communicating with Mlungisi Sithole who promises to check and come back to me and till today I am without internet connection, and I have paid them already. I requested them to provide me with a new router because the Afrihost one looks like it is blocked. It does not give me an option to log on with a new password they provided. All I need is a new router with a new account number so I can get connected.

I am the one who is forever after him... When I send the WhatsApp I keep getting a message that an agent will assist me and that`s the end of it...Their email keeps generating service tickets without progress.
