No service delivery

No service delivery I waited a month for them to install. there was no communication from then unless I contact them 1st after more than a month I was told they can't install as I have a damaged port which I told them that from the beginning. Now it's been almost 2 months and no refund I keep getting different stories from the chats 1st they said 7 working days for refund then 10 then 14 now they say 21 days for refund feel like I'm being ****med as I spoke to Kabelo Motlhoki and requested a refund and he never put it through which is making this process even longer which I learnered about after and I ask them why he didn't do his work but I was ignored
