No service, connection failure
Iv never been this frustrated by service provider. Since Thursday with no Wifi service connection, called their call centre and spend hours holding but no resolution. Email them but getting automated respond. Vumatel is a ****. Debit goes off with no fail but when you struggle with connection no one is willing and able to help you. I work from home and this has been frustrating to say the least

12 Oct 2022, 08:49Wifi down again after only having it for 24hours. This is really infuriating and inconveniencing. VumaTel need to declare if they are struggling to resolve their issues. I work from home, am really depleted to say the least
