No Service but have already paid initiation fee

I'm very disappointed with the way vumatel is handling their business, We were asked to pay an initiation fee of R479 for a 30/30 subscription on the 13December2025,since then, they are playing hide and seek with Us, stuck with a router without service, calling the supposed to be service number *** without success, no reference number, no communication.
