No service at all

It's been 3 days without internet connection and when we call all we get is a reference number which I find very ridiculous. I mean we are working from home and I'm paying for service. Right now I had to buy data so that I can work but I can't keep working like this, no one has called us back with feedback of what is happening. Reference number for the call Vos***2. Called Vox and they are saying it's Vumatel at fault. Please fix this
