No Service and Cannot Contact

Vumatel closed all the call centers and customers are told to contact their ISP. The ISP, MWeb says they cannot do anything other than log a call. Turnaround time is 3 - 6 days. Unacceptable service. If Vumatel does not have capacity to provide service, they need to get capacity or find a company that can provide a service.
