No service after pay

The lack of service I am getting from Vuma is appalling. Their router just died on me. It's been Days without service.ive spend R350 data after paying my monthly subscription. Reported the matter Saturday morning immediately when it happened. Still nothing. I contacted them this morning.still the lady told me it could take another 48hours.yet a technicians are roaming the streets
