No service after my payment

I paid on the 20th of April , Today is the 3rd of May I still have no fibre installed I hope they are not expecting me to make a payment this month because I've been waiting this long being told all the time that an escalation has been made 2 times already, but still nothing about when the installation will be.! I am not happy about this service at all!!!!!!

So today another maintenance team came and they said I need to have a second line coming to my house, two weeks later I'm still trying to sort this out
