No Service

First I was told my street was not live despite 2 of my neighbours on both sides being connected. When queried, it took more weeks before someone was sent someone to connect the router. The guys to do the splicing were on their way at the same time, but a week later have not arrived. After waiting for 12 minutes my call was answered and the woman told me to phone back next day as she was going home.
