NO SERVICE!!!!

Vumatel service is non existent!!!! Unless you phone them directly, you do not get any updates. Had my modem for almost 3 weeks, still waiting for line to be configured or whatever they need to do in order for us to get fibre!!!! This is a new area with Fibre and if this is how Vumatel is starting off, we might all just stay with Telkom!!!!!
