No RESPONSIBILITY taken for damages to my car due to your negligence!!

My brand new tyre was damaged due to Vumatel's Contractors that didn't put up their barricading, so a rock punctured both my tyre and the vehicle behind me. I have provided them with all the pictures to prove what had happened and yet they see NO negligence on their part????
