NO RESPONSE TO QUERIES REGARDING INSTALLATION. INSTALLATION NOT HAPPENING ON TIME.

I ordered Fibre through Mweb over 6 weeks ago. I was told that Vumatel would contact me in those 6 weeks to arrange to come and install my product. after numerous calls to Mweb regarding the fact that Vumatel have not contacted me, Mweb have said they had escalated my query to Vumatel. This was over 2 weeks ago and I still have not had a call from Vumatel! If i don't hear from Vumatel by the end of the week, i will be cancelling my order and Mweb and Vumatel can lose out on a customer for life.
