No response, no assistance! Vumatel missing in action!!

Reported no internet on fibre line with my ISP on 21 September 2023. They confirmed that the problem is on Vumatel's side. It was escalated to a Manager at Vumatel and up to today no Manager or Technician or anybody from Vumatel has sorted the problem.
