No Response, Installation department unreachable

I have yet to receive any response from Vumatel for the installation they promised me would be completed before they closed this year. After not being able to get through on their customer support line most days just rings then goes dead and when I do get through being told that they can not transfer me to the installation department. Yesterday was the first time I got through to someone who was actually partly helpful and attempted to assist but could not because all the other departments were closed.
