No response from Vumatel regarding my slower speed
I have been asking my ISP for feedback why my internet is 10mbps and I am paying for 50mbps. They say you dont give them feedback, please supply feedback. I am paying for HALF of my speed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to send 3 different types of Speed tests, just to get what I pay for.
