No response from Vumatel- Its like talking to a black hole!

I have been trying to get my fibre connected for the last 2 months with Vumatel.

They literally do not respond to mails or acknowledge emails. I tried to go directly through Mweb, who as it turns out still had the misfortune of having to revert back to Vumatel. I have a modem and a router. It should not be that difficult for me to get fibre in my house. The cables have been laid months ago- all my neighbours are connected, except us. You would swear I live on the moon- why the F can no one ****** help us?????? I mean, it's just beyond me!!!!!!!!
