No response from Vumatel for installation request even after 25 days

Hi I am using Cellc fibre powered by Vumatel.I placed shifting request with Cell C to my new address.Cell C placed a installation request with Vumatel on 06th Nov.CellC agent and I are following up with Vumatel team and until now we haven't received any response from Vumatel.I have been sending reminders but in vain.It is pathetic that I am waiting to get a response and appointment for installation.I had faced the similar challenge with Vumatel during the first installation.It looks like it is the culture and performance of Vumatel.
