No response from vuma whatspp number, email or website
Their agents dont respond on whatsapp or on their website, the only thing that works at vuma is their robot Zoe. The agents put the wrong details for my router and now i'm struggling to change my password. I have been trying to get hold of them for months now. Messages not being attended to, their website just useless.

11 Nov 2025, 09:53I dont have their numbers, the only numbers they have its those ones on the flycool website of which they dont respond to. I have been holding my phone since 8am up to now they dont respond.
