No Response from anyone

I like how companies like this comes in with a vengeance trying to convince everyone they are the greatest but as soon as you try to get hold of them they are no where. We live in a complex and I understand it is not that straight forward but half of the complex wants to sign up for fibre but we need a distribution box installed first in our complex. So I went to a town meeting to find out how we should go about getting it done. One of the senior managers of Vumtel gave me his details to email him, to get technicians out. After trying to go trough the call center a couple of times, I get told every time that they will send my details to FibreHoods and they will contact me, and me telling them I have heard that 4 times already and know one has even tried to contact me, I thought lets email said manager, and the head of operations and FibreHoods I have not heard anything from any one yet. Not a phone call or email, saying we are looking at it nothing.

I just want to find out how difficult it is to get fibre installed in our complex. I saw 2 installation to out complexes down 2 road in the last 2 weeks. Can some please help me or guide me as what I must do? We are 12 Units that wants Fibre or is that not enough?
