no respect for me and my disability

I have sent your Cape Town team all the information and I have sent all available documents to them, their health and safety officer and the construction contractor. Our agreement was supposed to be quick and simple. I done everything they asked. Now i get told that i have to wait till next year. When i told them how important it was for me to have everything sorted by Christmas. They the ones that told me not to worry. But yet here i am at a point of wanting to take my life.
I just feell now that they want me to **** myself. SO that they can get away with everything. Vuma blames HL Telecoms and constrution and they blaming a company that does not exist. Yet they still demanding more information. I'm the one who has enough proof as it stands. To do some damages yet HL Telecoms told me im lying?
My only option now is to take legal action, go to the papers and release to the puplic the name and phone number of a company they claiming to start construction. But I could not find any resultsof that company on Google. Im asking one last time please. Can we sort this out before Christmas please. I'm about to do something stupid to myself or end up in hopital with a major mental breakdown
